libdessert0.87 software package provides a simple and extensible routing-framework for testbeds, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdessert0.87
libdessert0.87 is installed in your system.
